Our repeat client, AmTrust International, appointed us to undertake a full CAT B Design and Build fit out at Exchequer Court, London EC3.The overall scope involved the fit out of Levels 1,3 & 5 creating cellular office space, reception area, refreshment bar, tech bar, meeting rooms, various tea points, room booking system, and flexible working booths. The works comprised of not only the new CAT B fit out, but the construction of welfare amenities including: shower facilities in the basement, as well as, the refurbishment of all WC facilities on the 3rd and 5th floors, which included an initial strip out of fixtures and finishes and preliminary demolition works.
Further works included a new Executive WC to the 3rd floor and an accessible shower/ WC’s located in the Ground Floor reception area. Specialist design details include, 5 TopBrewer Scanomat smart-tech coffee machines which are controlled through an iPad or iPhone. A cloak cupboard and feature wall with full height wardrobes with doors on soft close hinges. A bespoke design was made to the social hub highlighting a black slatted ceiling system and acoustic ceiling slots on the Ground floor. A successful project delivered on time and on budge.
