Continuing our long association with Amtrust, we have recently completed the remodelling of the main reception at Exchequer Court.

The new double height reception hall with bespoke brushed brass pendant lighting, new Oak desk and Oak panelling, planting, new flooring, digital display with tenant signboard, steps and bleachers added value to create a social and welcoming first impressions space.

Challenges

Working in a live reception area whilst needing to install structural steelwork and undertaking typical fit out works without disrupting normal premises operations.

Solutions

Careful phasing of the works to separate the site works face from the tenants entering the building. Constant liaison with the building management team to plan works out of hours and sequencing to optimise the use of quite periods within the building.
