Case Study

The purpose of the Atrium upgrade for M&G Real Estate’s multi tenanted building was to provide a welcoming Client and Occupier meeting and collaboration space. The reception area remained fully live during these works. The floor and walls were decorated with a Bolon floor finish, with acoustic decorative frames being provided to absorb any sound and reverb within the vast Atrium area. Waverley blinds, recessed feature lighting and luxurious furniture completed the look and feel.

Accessing the fire breaks at floor and wall junctions with externally glazed cladding.

Solutions

Through detailed investigation we were able to access these very restricted areas through a combination of access through the raised access floor from above and externally through the spandrel panels at each floor level.
