The purpose of the Atrium upgrade for M&G Real Estate’s multi tenanted building was to provide a welcoming Client and Occupier meeting and collaboration space. The reception area remained fully live during these works. The floor and walls were decorated with a Bolon floor finish, with acoustic decorative frames being provided to absorb any sound and reverb within the vast Atrium area. Waverley blinds, recessed feature lighting and luxurious furniture completed the look and feel.

Artemis have transformed Abbeygate into the newly named Abbey Wharf the building is unrecognisable. Heavily occupied throughout I can only praise the Artemis team on site for the manner in which they dealt with all of the occupiers throughout the refurbishment. We have received nothing but praise for their professionalism from the occupiers, front of house staff and building manager.
