We were appointed to undertake the CAT A fit out to 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors over 2 phases.

The 3rd floor was split to allow for two tenants to take up occupancy at completion of the CAT A fit out.  The 1st and 2nd floors were not separated, but future proofed with separation in mind.

Works included a complete strip out of the existing fit out, construction of separating wall to create the lobby area, which incorporated plasterboard ceiling, non structural columns, surrounding lifts and a door set on either side. The replacement of fan coil units, new LED lighting, newceiling, new raised floor, redecoration throughout and full refurbishment to WC’s on all 3 floors.

Solutions

Full use of the preconstruction period to survey and validate all the existing areas including, regular design workshops with consultants team to define a workable set of deliverables and innovative co-ordinated services installation. Use of specialist raised floor system to provide maximum flexibility for cabling within a very minimal void.
