Artemis Interiors were appointed by a Global Property Investment & Asset Management Co. to carry out an enhanced CAT A fit out in their Grade II listed building located in the City of London.
Over one floor, the works comprised of new carpets, decorations and a tea point, with reconfiguration of the Landlord HVAC services.
Basement works included the installation of new showers, toilet facilities and welfare space for the prospective tenant. Storage areas were converted into bike stores, along with the installation of bike repair stands and lockers, finished with a resin floor. New plant space for HVAC equipment was also created.
All works were completed in an occupied building under the CLC regulations.
