Global Banking Client continues to entrust Artemis Interiors with the appointment of this on-going staff restaurant renovation project located at their London HQ in the heart of Marylebone which is home to 4,000 employees
The facility caters for around 3,000 employees per working day.
The design and build project was almost a year in the making prior to the commencement on site in September 2018.
Meticulous planning and extensive interaction with all professional parties, the client and the in-house catering and maintenance team is a must, as the requirement to keep the facility open throughout the works is paramount to the day-to day operation of the business.
Extensive temporary works and out of hours working is being thoroughly planned and executed with high end joinery, complex Mechanical, Electrical and Audio-Visual systems, extensive catering packages and high-end architectural finishes.
