Dechert LLP as a valued repeat client, appointed Artemis to carry out the CAT B refurbishment to their existing office on the Lower Ground Floor.
Works comprised of creating a new office space which included a welcome reception area, client tea point, library/ research area, open place space, cellular offices, a main tea point, conference meeting rooms, print and post room.
A combination of glazed and plasterboard partitioning systems to create the cellular offices, and new fabric covered acoustic panels were installed to the internal surfaces of these offices to provide the required noise transfer reductions.
The existing sprinkler and fire alarm systems were been modified and adapted to suit the new layout. The lighting was refurbished to provide LED fittings throughout the entire space making the floor a much brighter working area.
New carpet and vinyl flooring were laid to the office and tea points respectively with feature carpet.Wall finishes/coverings were applied to provide more depth and vibrant colours to the space.
In addition to this, 3D ceramic tiles were applied to the tea point walls and bespoke ceiling rafts were introduced to add layered finishes to the main tea point and library.
