Artemis won a competitive tender to carry out a full fit out of the 11th floor at one of Highways England main offices in Birmingham.
The works included temporary hoardings, strip out, new solid and grid ceilings throughout, new doors, tea points, flooring, decorations, mechanical alterations, electrical installations, new lighting, full strip out of existing CAT 5 data cabling and replacement CAT 6a through out the whole floor.
The project had to be carried out in 2 separate phases with sound proof, temporary hoarding installation to separate the staff working in-situ, Works were carried out within a mix or normal and out side of normal working hours, including weekends.
The Client appointed Capita to Project Manage the process.
Artemis delivered the project time whilst keeping on budget, including incorporation of additional works requested by the client but within the same programme. Client was very happy with the delivery and end product.

Highways Agency have worked with Artemis on a number of high profile internal office refurbishment and sustainability projects in the last 12 months.
